For pre-orders, we will deliver the product within the estimated delivery period stated on the product page.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Regarding pre-orders, we do not accept cancellations after the reservation has been made.
